RTM Delivery Options
In contrast, our quick possession prefabricated home packages arrive at customer sites in several panelized components. Modular homes are typically constructed in factories, in 2 or more pieces. The pieces would be sent to you and put together on your site. Mobile homes are mass-produced in factories with a limited number of floor plans and finishing options available. The materials used are usually not comparable to those used in site built or RTM homes. Floorplan rendering is an artist's conceptual rendering intended to provide a general overview.
Most lenders will require a set of builder’s plans and/or an estimate to secure financing. These are provided free of charge as part of our process anyway. Simply work with your assigned drafter to get a final set of plans and estimate. These can be provided directly to your preferred lender once you provide the necessary contact information.
